Robs got a letter in the mail from her cousin/pen pal on Saturday! She's been waiting and waiting for this one - and was so excited when it came. On Sunday I found rough drafts of her return letter on our kitchen table. She takes after her mother and tries out her options before deciding on the perfect combination: colored paper, colored crayons, colored ink, script writing, block letters... not to mention what words to actually write. (It's one part funny, and two parts fun.) If it was actually all about the words, we'd just send an email, but I like the creativity. And I love these little pen pals.
