We had a happy little Fourth of July. We ran. And played outside. We took naps. And went to a BBQ. And then right before it got dark we went to see fireworks. (Squísh loved the fireworks.) She and my mom "oooohed" and "ahhhhed" in all the right places - up until the very end. But the Grand Finale caught her by surprise... and then she decided she'd had enough.
