here's the how...

You'll need a tripod- 

a camera, 

and photoshop.

And you'll need to take a gazillion photos. 

...Here's the step-by-step I used.

At least eight people walked past. 

They all turned to look, too. 

Enriqueface was throwing rocks in the water behind me.

(This is our favorite spot.)

Squísh was sound asleep in the stroller, 

and I was crouched down behind a tripod 

in spandex.

I couldn't figure out how to drive there with my camera

and my children- 

so I put them in the stroller and ran.

(A total of four miles.)

I usually don't wear spandex during office hours.
