Make that ten.

I'm oh so pleased to announce

that my pirate, Robs,

will be attending Kindergarten in the Fall.

(Oh Happy Day?)

I'm so relieved.

And panicky.

And excited.

And panicky.

And grateful.

And panicky.

(How is she five? Already?)

I hinted at it in previous posts... but the truth is,

in our area there is one acceptable public school.

(As in, they use exactly 0% of 0 paddles.)

And two Saturdays ago,

in a blessed turn of events,

we found a house, that is not only within the school boundaries...

it is across the street.

As in we can walk to school everyday.

As in I can watch my pirate at recess, (should I be so inclined.)

As in I can tell my ultra panicky

first-time-mother-of-a-kindergartner

heart to slow down a wee bit,

because in reality Robs will be less than a block away.

I'm pretty pleased.

And panicky.

And now for a fun fact?

It's our tenth move.

TENTH.

And now that I type it,

I feel like it deserves a banner and balloons...

Maybe some flowers.

Definitely some kazoos.
