Yes.
I would have to agree with you.
The blog-neglect is getting a little out of hand.
But let me explain.
See...
Just recently we found 30 G.I. Joes
and one boat for under ten dollars.
(Update: One GI Joe at Target is a budget-breaking six dollars.)
(We have a fab-u-lous thrift store.)
And then to celebrate the fact that we live in Louisiana, and the Saints going to the Superbowl...
we went with some friends to play on Louisiana Tech's very own basketball court.
The Saints won the Superbowl.
And we completely enjoyed basketball.
(Less advertisements, more playing time.)
But we're not for dull moments or slow schedules.
So shortly before Valentine's Day, we had our very own Valentine's Party.
It was a complete success.
And then
KABOOM.
Later that day, it snowed.
In Louisiana.
Which apparently, is unheard of in
the very state where only a couple weeks ago
I was running in shorts and dreaming of air conditioners.
And Steve got a snow day.
(A Christmas miracle?)
And now... we're in New Mexico.
Loving every minute.
P.S. We're headed to Utah tomorrow.
Anyone up for some fun?
yep.
ReplyDeleteHow much snow did you get to warrent a snow day?!
ReplyDeleteIf I still had my old phone with your number in it i'd be calling you right now! We should go the the museum at the gateway...i've been dying to go there...or or or...i'll just email you.
ReplyDeletetwo inches... and then by four o' clock it was COMPLETELY gone.
ReplyDeleteSo we played at the park with no coats to celebrate the snow day!
