Cloud Nine

Yesterday we opted not to go to nursery. Robs asked, but since we'll be traveling this week, I wanted to limit her exposure to who knows what coats the nursery toys. However, my mom was teaching the lesson in Relief Society, and I was heart set on going. So my sister volunteered her services. So I dropped Robs off at home with Michelle, consoled her by saying that we'd go to nursery next week, and then I was off.

When I came home this rosy princess greeted me at the door....

...who at that very moment was about to depart for a ball.

Prince Enrique and I (to my utter enjoyment) got an invite, and we made it safely to the splendid event by way of this beautiful, if not functional chariot. (It seated four comfortably.)

It was delightful.

We love it when aunts double as fairy godmothers!

  1. I love your haircut...it looks terrific on you!!! It sounds like you are having a wonderful time in New Mexico. I'm sooooo jealous and want to make a trip to Arizona or Utah to play with my sisters. But the best part of your post is those cutie pies. You have adorable children and they look so happy especially in the chariot...love the imaginations!

  2. Love that dress! And I don't blame you for not going into an unknown nursery, who knows what's lurking in there!
