Happy Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day started out as all holidays should: with a bit of whole grain goodness.

Cut in the shape of a heart.

And then dipped in egg and spiced with cinnamon.

Heart felt Valentine's exchanged...

...with a visit from Cupid.
